It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas C. Kelly of Englewood, Florida, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelly and Marian Kelly; and his sister Jeanne Cardinale. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Kelly of Washington, D. C., Eileen Eng and N. J.; his nieces, Kelly Eng (Job Gregory) and Geneva Eng; his nephew Alexander Eng; and his brother-in-law Christopher Cardinale.
