He is survived by: his parents, Beverly Geist Cornwell of Rotonda West, FL and R. Dean Cornwell; his brothers, Edward Cornwell (Jaime) of Englewood, FL and William "Shane" Cornwell (DeDra) of Englewood; and his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Madison, William of Englewood and Mason of Englewood. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made Englewood Animal Rescue Sanctuary (EARS) 145 W. Dearborn St., Englewood, FL 34223.
