He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pauline Bryant (Martin) and Cecil Bryant; his wife Dodie Bryant (Russell); his daughters, Debbie (Tom Kotredes) and Deanna (Ken Greenlaw); his grandchildren, Jessica (Mark Yusikones), Levon Russell, Lewis (Lisa Kotredes), Robert (Sagarika Kotredes), Matthew (Melissa Bryant), Nicholas Bryant, Logan Greenlaw and Emily (Matt Rowe); his great grandchildren, Nolan, Kyle Yusikones, Timir, Tarali Kotredes, Thomas, Erin Kotredes, Mira Bryant (family: Jennifer, Jeff Hathorn), Chelsea, Colby White, Jada Cail and Kenny Cail; his siblings, Betty McQuarrie, Diane Lee and Michael Bryant; his son Gary Bryant; and his brother Gerald Bryant.
