She was predeceased by: her mother Beverly Tucker; and her stepdaughter Diana "Diney" Bicknell DeRuy. She is survived by: her husband Gene Bicknell; her father Dean; her stepmother Elizabeth Tucker of Carbondale, KS.; her sisters, Anne Fisher (Marc), Julie Hejtmanek (Dan) and Rebecca Allison (Donnie); and her stepchildren, Gena Gallagher (Rick), Mitch Bicknell (Vicki), Mike Bicknell (Angela) and Marty Bicknell (Cheryl). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Rita was active in the Gene Bicknell Celebrity and Charity Golf Tournament that raised money for the hospital and Pitt State scholarships.
