She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" Cornely and Judith "Judy" Cornely; and her brothers, Rick and Jeff Cornely. She is survived by: her close friend John "Jack" Gall; her sons, Eric and Evan Virden; and her siblings, Tim, Jim Cornely and Tricia Lightfoot.
