He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair E. Fivecoat and Faye Fivecoat; his siblings, Eileen Cornpetty, Lois Deromedi, Jack Crites, Eugene Crites, Harold Crites and Margaret Goshorn; and his son Scott Crites.
He is survived by: his sister Glenna Seperic; and his caregiver Kathie Wiley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
