It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Lynn Samuels of Englewood, Florida, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermeth Avery and Rosalynn Avery. She is survived by: her husband Steve of Englewood; her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Kim of Arvada, CO; and her sister Sue. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Because of the current Covid outbreaks, we will postpone any celebration service.
