She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver E. Carter and Bernice Yvonne Carter (Dixon); and her brother-in-law Mike Williams. She is survived by: her husband Tom of Englewood, FL; her son Luke Baumgardner (Heather Dingledine); her sister Kim Williams; her grandsons, Jarrod and Collin Brown; her uncle Wilbur Carter (Jane); her stepmother Debbie Carter of Sebring, FL; and her extended family Urbana.
