He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sullivan and Marie Sullivan; his granddaughter Elizabeth; and his siblings, Mary, Lenore, Terry and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Sullivan; his children, Colleen Clapper (Jim), Larry Sullivan (Michelle) and Bill Sullivan (Louise); and his sisters, Gladys Ebert (John) and Dr. Margaret Sullivan (Drew Meyers). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being set up to Advocate Children's Heart Institute (where two of his granddaughters were cared for).
