He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kwant and Ida Kwant (Putney). He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Kwant; his daughter Heather Vellanti; his brother Michael Kwant; his son-in-law Luke Vellanti; and his cousins, Terry Allen, Jim, Tom, Robert, MaryLind Kwant, Kathy Schultz and Sharon Trombley.
