Welks of Englewood, Florida; her stepchildren, Douglas Welks (Mindy) of Lafayette, Indiana, Dawn Sumners (Eric) of Shelby Township, Michigan and Jennifer Arnsman (John) of Kalamazoo, Michigan; and her sister Mary Ann Himstedt (Haldon) of Decatur, Illinois. She was also cherished by three step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
