He was predeceased by: his son Joseph III; his parents, Shirley and Joseph Senior; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his grandchildren, Justin and Meredith; his daughter Paige; his son-in-law DJ; his nephew Robert (Shelly); and his siblings, Lou Anne, Brenda, Jackie and Allen.
