He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Edwin Sisson; and his brother-in-law John Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Joshua, Rebecca Powers (Ken Kramarz) and Christina Gibbs (Maj James); his grandchildren, Alexis Powers, Dekker, Rowan, Kallum and Maddox Gibbs; his siblings, Jean Kelly, John Ellingham (Mary Jo), Joan Eldridge (Lloyd) and Jim Ellingham (Mary Beth); his mother-in-law Lois Sisson (McQuillen); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara, James Sisson (Elizabeth) and John Sisson (Theresa). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to be made in Jeff's honor to Tidewell Hospice in Englewood, FL or Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa FL.
