He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bowers and Ina Bowers (Acker); and his siblings, Clarence Markel and Dolores Messier. He is survived by: his wife Susan Bowers; his children, Tina Flagler (Mark), Sharon Lewers (Fred), Daniel Bowers (Victoria) and Steven Bowers (Jennifer); his sister Joan Robinson; and his siblings-in-law, Michael (Darlene) and Jean Cierzo (Samuel). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Venice Christian Church (2390 Seaboard Ave, Venice, FL 34293).
