It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hale Fern Hemenway (Englewood, Florida), born in Barton, Vermont, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Hemenway (Jim) and Shirley Hemenway; and his sister Sandra Wentworth. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hemenway (Emmerson); his daughters, Lisa Zickefoose (David), Allyson Race and Julianne Litman (John); his grandchildren, Ryan Zickefoose (Brittaney), Kati Zickefoose-Payne (Joseph), Branden Race, Jordyn Weaver (Gabriel), Christopher Race, Jacelyn Litman and Jaelyn Litman (Michael Scott); his great grandchildren, Arabella Zickefoose and Maximus Payne; and his sister Sherri Devine (Alan).
