He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Lynn Wheeler and Orrie Rebecca Green Wheeler; and his stepsiblings, Adrian and JoAnn. He is survived by: his significant other Marie J. Minnican; his son Charles K. Wheeler Jr. (Jennine); his granddaughter Gianna Wheeler; his brother Robert Lynn Wheeler; and his pet Parker.
