She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ardsley Manchester and Grace Manchester (Chaplan); and her siblings, Sandra Twitty and John A. Manchester Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carol Lee Cantwell, Susan L Decker (Kurt) and Philip J Neumann III (Tammy); her husband Philip J Neumann Jr.; her grandchildren, Jamie L Cantwell, Jessica M Shiner (Jason), Julie R Cantwell-Lee (Daniel), Jennifer L Alexander (Eric), John R Holbert (Rachel), Justin M Eighmey, Shawn P Neumann and Michael J Neumann; and her great grandchildren, Ryan L Weaver, Isabella Shiner and Willow S Shiner. She is also survived by her husband and family, including attending her children and grandchildren.
