She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Jankowski and Ruth Jankowski; her sister Kathy Jankowski (Wasielewski); her husband Fred Macciocchi Sr.; her sons, Fred Jr. (Diane) and Vincent (Lisa); her grandchildren, Rachel Ennis (Clark), Bradley (Clara), Grant, Kayla, Fred "Freddie" and Andrew "Drew"; and her great grandchildren, Tayla Ennis and June Macciocchi. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, cousins, and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Arthritis Foundation or COPD Foundation.
