She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Proball and Earl Proball of Englewood. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Kirkland; her children, Joy Mistarz and Jimmy Cassells (Leslie); her siblings, Charles Proball (Deborah) and Patricia Zill; and her grandchildren, Madison Mistarz, Sierra Cassells and Cole Cassells.
