With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tricia Lynne Carter Hei of Ellenton, Florida, who passed away on September 30, 2024 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Wayne Carter, Sr. and Janet Marie Wiles Carter. She is survived by: her husband James Randy Hei of Glendale, AZ; her mother-in-law Anatolia Hei (Ann); her brother-in-law Ken Hei; her nephew Christopher; her niece Jessica of Arvada, CO.; her son Evan Christopher Gist of Williamsport, MD; her siblings, Gary Lee Carter (Jeremy Wetzel) of Ellenton, FL and Misty Werner (James) of Hagerstown, MD; her half-brother Gary Wayne Carter, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD.; her close friends, David Smith of Laguna Beach, CA, Joseph H. Wilson III of Ridgely, WV and Alison Wetzel Blair; and her pet Abby. She is also survived by aunt, 2 uncles and numerous cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Pavilion (598 Bayshore Dr, Ellenton, FL 34222). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Rest Haven Cemetery (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
