It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Basilone of Ellenton, Florida, born in Clairton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicola Nero and Mary Louise Nero (Pasalaqua); her great grandchild Liam Basilone; and her siblings, Ann Yacavace, Anthony, Dominic and Carl Nero.
She is survived by: her son Anthony Basilone (Denise) of Ellenton, FL; her grandchildren, Christopher Basilone (Shyra) and Nadia; her great grandchildren, Bianca and Gianna Basilone; her children, Michelle Mitchko (Michael) of Canonsburg and Michael Mitchko (Courtney); her grandsons, James, Maxwell and Matthew Mitchko (Vanessa); her great grandchildren, Ava and Mason; her son Jim Basilone (Kristen) of Murrysville; her grandson Jimmy Basilone (Erica); her great grandchildren, Niko, Keegan and Joshua Basilone (Cristen); her friend Donna Selby (Rick); and also, Dana O'Hara (Grant), Dominic, Nico, Lucca, Jonathan Basilone (Danielle) of Manchester, NH, Anthony, Lino and Shane Basilone. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
