He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Menna and Marie Bourgault Menna; and his brother Thomas Menna. He is survived by: his wife Helen Cyr Menna of Ellenton, FL; his children, Julie Marella (Lenny) of Monroe, CT, Joseph Menna (Theresa Clarke) of Venice, FL and Richard Menna Jr. (Kathryn) of Cape Coral, FL.; his grandchildren, Stephen, Michael Marella, Kyle Menna, Samantha Menna and LCpl; and his stepgrandchildren, John, Chris and Bridget Clarke.
Social distancing and masks are required at all locations.
