She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leon Brokell and Ida Mae Kears Brokell; her siblings, Leon Jr., Janice Brokell (Kelly), Vernon Brokell and George; her husband John; her daughter Bonnie; her son-in-law Kevin Acoveno; and her grandchildren, David M. Leapley, Kevin Acoveno, Jr., Colby Acoveno and Courtney Townsend. She was also cherished by spouses, and 10 great grandchildren.
