He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorn Fisher and Ellen Fisher (King); his wife Ella; and his sister Elizabeth Vollmer. He is survived by: his children, Charles Fisher (Jane) and Linda Sgroi of Georgia; and his brothers, Thomas Fisher of East Syracuse and John Fisher of Manlius. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
