He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Jane (Justice); his daughters, Linda V. Catt and Karen S. O'Halloran; and his great grandchild Nora Jo Medders. He is survived by: his daughters, Dianne Trull (Jerry), Debbie Smelser (John), Cindy Cox (Brice) and Missie Smith (Bobby); and his son-in-law Terrance O'Halloran. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
