He is survived by: his wife Ann (Licitra); his children, Michael (Bridget), Christa, Beth Hagerty (Jerry), Alicia and Joshua (Lauren); and his sister Rose Allen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund.
