He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth "Betty" Belanger of Portsmouth, NH. and Lucien Belanger of Portsmouth, NH.; his wife Cynthia Graham-Belanger of Ellenton, FL; his children, Tina Desimone (Michael) of Elliott, ME, Kim Dyer (Mark) of Fort Dodge, IA, Douglas W. Belanger, Jr. (Kathy) of Farmington, NH and Todd Belanger of Portsmouth, NH; his grandsons, Nicholas Scelza, Adam Scelza, Mathew Dyer and Zachary Dyer; his sister Sally Hannon; his nieces, Marybeth and Amy; his sister-in-law Heidi Conrad (John); his niece Kimberly Saunders; his nephews, David Conrad and Kevin Conrad; his former wife Brenda; and his pets, Kopek and Kedi. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society in his honor will be very much appreciated.
