She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cormier and Elise Cormier (Melanson); her husband Idola Messier (Bob); and her siblings, Eric, Gerard, Neri, Zoel, Eloi, August, Aquila and Lorraine LeBlanc.

She is survived by: her siblings, Anita LeBlanc of Dieppe, NB and Emery Cormier (Vileta) of New Britain, CT.; and her sister-in-law Gisele (Zoel). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
