With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene E Kocsis (Ellenton, Florida), born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on May 25, 2020 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Trotter and Grace Trotter; her adoptive parents, Edley McKee and Ella McKee; her husband Joseph Kocsis Sr.; her children, Forest Glenn Allen and Linda Carroll; and her siblings, Thomas Murphy, Chet Rugraft, Roma Callahan and Helen Kennedy.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Kocsis Jr.; her grandson Douglas Allen (Kimberly) of Greer, SC; her stepgranddaughter Melissa James Black; and her great grandchildren, Rachael Allen and Leah Allen (Miguel "Mike" Rivera) of Greer, SC.
At the suggestion of her family, memorial contributions may be made to Tidewell Hospice of Venice, Florida or the Wounded Warriors Project.
