He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Culliton and Fern Culliton (Brockway); his siblings, Bethel Gibbons (Mike), Ronald, James and Thomas; his brothers-in-law, Terry, Clinton and Lloyd Plouff; and his father-in-law Eugene Plouff.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Plouff; his children, John Culliton (Cathy) and Jody Allen (David); his grandchildren, Tiffany Germain (Brad), Josh Culliton (Katie), Jake Culliton (Anna) and Brandon Allen (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Eli, Faith, Zion, Raphael, Levi, Margie Culliton, John Paul, Joseph and Rosa Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Plouff (Shurlee) and Jill Plouff.
