He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vecchio and Rose Del Vecchio; his siblings, John, Michael and Rose Del Vecchio (Barbier); and his brothers-in-law, Neil Vandermeer and John Wisnew.
He is survived by: his sister Theresa Vandermeer; his children, Jeryl Del Vecchio (Joe Vizzone), Judith (Dwight Staub), Janice (Joseph De Cotiis) and Jeffrey Del Vecchio; his grandchildren, Angela (Kevin Monahan), Gianna Vizzone, Emily (Juan Cruz), Jeremy (Brandi Staub), Justin (Tori Staub), Adrienne (Everardo Villa), Brittany (John Covati) and Anthony De Cotiis (Amanda McPeek); and his great grandchildren, Chase, Eva Monahan, Jaylee, Maverick Staub, Monica, Maya, Mateo, Mario Villa, Amelia and Luna Cruz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Ambrose parish building fund in honor of Jerry Del Vecchio.
