He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Parker, Jr. and Thelma Holt Parker. He is survived by: his grandson Nicholas; his wife Carole Rogero; his children, Kay (Seth Mills) and Jeff (Colette Parker); his grandchildren, Seth, Joseph Mills, Jeffrey, Carice (Schuster), Kiel and Nicolas Parker; and also, Prim and Scott Parker. He is also survived by his five Great Grandchildren.
