It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Parkes (Elkton, Florida), born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parkes and Hazel Parkes; his brothers, Frank and James Parkes; and his former wives, Ann and Karen.
He is survived by: his spouse Racquel Parkes; his children, Charles E. Parkes, Jr. (Debbie) and Suzanne Large; his stepchildren, Tracy Valadez (Arturo), Michelle Loughlin (Billy), Kenneth Navara (Tara) and Daniel Navara (Christy); his brother Gerald Parkes; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Trevor, Killian, Sophie, Kai, Zachary and Chelsea. He is also survived by numerous step children, grandchildren and great grandchildren on Racquel's side; many friends.
