He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerick Hikec and MaryAnn Holman Hikec. He is survived by: his significant other Susan "Biggy" Biggs of New Smyrna Beach; his children, Erica Opromollo (Joe) of Watertown, Connecticut and Jason Hikec of Lancaster, Ohio; his sister Stephanie Wrona (Jim) of Delray Beach; his niece Adrian Wrona of Delray Beach; his cousins, Jean Nydam (Ray) of Florida and Bob Fostek of New Jersey; and his pet Lilly.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to Boy Scouts of America, Central Florida Council, 1951 South Orange Blossom Trail, #102, Apopka, FL 32703.
