We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2019, at the age of 82, Stephen Choma Jr. (Edgewater, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve F. Choma and Mary Smandra Choma. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Keith A. Belzer (Jane) of La Crosse, Craig Choma (Jennifer Smith) of Galesburg, Kristopher Choma (Joanna) of Apex and Candace Choma (Leo Boler) of Chicago, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Griffin, Ben, Amber, Autumn, Stephen, Julia, Leo and Oliver.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1650 Live Oak, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.
