She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her parents, Charles Souder and Betty Jane Houghton Souder. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Starling (Adam) of Raleigh and Michelle Zahner (Christopher) of League City, Texas; her sisters, Susan Ryals (Greg) of Mandeville and Jane Small (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Brady Starling of Raleigh, Katelyn of League City, Grace of League City and Charlotte Zahner of League City.
