He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry and Vera Mae Troxel Cousins; his daughter Tammy; his granddaughter Pamela; and his siblings, Charles and Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Stephen (Lisa) and Kimberly Barlow of Edgewater; his grandchildren, Brodie Sapp, Asher, Brittney Davis (Josh) of Heath and Cleary; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Cousins, Wyatt Davis and Hayden Davis.
