He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Silveira and Teresa Silveira; and his siblings, Lizuarte Gois, Alberto Gois, Clemente Gois and Alzira Bettencourt.
He is survived by: his wife Olga Gois; his children, Steven (Delia Gois), Ashley (Amanda) and Zulmira Barata of Peabody, MA; and his brother Elder Gois of East Providence, RI.
