He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lewis and Margaret Lewis (Matthews); his son Michael Raymond; his wife Leah; and his sister Joyce Raner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clyde Lewis (Bonnie) of Hornell, NY and Pam Bretz (John) of Elmira; his children, John Lewis Jr. of Syracuse, NY and Donna Clark (Ivan) of Edgewater, FL; his granddaughters, Andrea (George), Tracey (Michael), Bobbiejo (Stanton), Shanna and Christina; and his great grandchildren, Mariah, Gabriella, Brooke, Noah, Katelyn and Pippa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
