She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Earl Stevens and Laura Jane Stevens (Williams); and her husband Dewitt G. Hazzard. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Leonard of Adamstown, MD, David D. Hazzard of Willington, NC, James R. Hazzard of Loami, IL, Mark S. Hazzard of Sedgewick, ME and Paul A. Hazzard of Clermont, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
