He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Curtis and Ruth Curtis (Foote); and his siblings, John, Duane Curtis (Paula), Beatrice Self and Delores Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Babcock); his children, Lorie Curtis Gladyness, Jim Curtis (Brenda) and Kim Tacker Murphy; and his grandsons, Joe Johnson (Sarrah), Andrew Johnson (Holly Smith-Hoffman), James Curtis (Stephanie) and Benjamin Curtis. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
