She is survived by: her sons, Craig of Fort Wayne, Chris of Fort Wayne, Curt of Fort Wayne and Chad; and her stepdaughter Melody Monday of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; seven brothers, and sisters.
