She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Mae Maze and Ireanous Emmett Atwell; and her brothers, Wayne, William, Gaylord, Donald and Lawrence Atwell.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Ellicot Butts; her daughters, Barbara Ann Starkloff-DeLalla (Victor DeLalla) of Tamarac, FL. and Beverly Ann Kinney-Johnson (Mark I. Johnson) of Edgewater, FL.; and her grandsons, Robert Barry Kinney, Jr. (Amy) of Baltimore, MD., William "Billy" Thomas Sweeney-DeLalla (Vanessa) of Coral Springs, FL. and Brian Talbott Kinney (Samantha) of Spring Hill, Tenn.. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and one great, great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be given to the American Cancer Society.
