She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wilmer Deese Sr. and Bertha Inez Deese; her husband James O. Watkins; and her siblings, Loamie Deese, Bobby J. Deese, David and Bertha Nell Reynolds.
She is survived by: her daughters, Trina Dumas (Leve) and Teresa Adams (John); her grandchildren, James Dumas, Ashley Oneal (Travis), Brandi Parsons (Cory) and Heath Adams Trae Adams (Taylor); and her brothers, Gene Deese (Phyllis) and Lavon Deese. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
