He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Boatwright and Eva Mae Boatwright; his wife Cheryl Boatwright; and his sister Gearldene Boatwright. He is survived by: his daughters, Shawnna Martina (Derek) and Stephanie Cook (Steven); his sisters, Dene Nordbrok (Steve), Sharon Boatwright and Phyllis Appleby; his grandchildren, Austin, Kerry (James), Garrison, Brennen and Randal (Mary); and his great grandchildren, Brayden and Jenson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
