He is survived by: his children, Venus McRae (Theodore) and José Mullen (Martha) of Palatka; and his grandchildren, Billy Jesse Sampson, III of Nashville, TN, Artanza McRae-Wilson (Miche) of Atlanta, GA, José Feleciano Mullen, Jr. of East Palatka and Natasha Mone'Mullen of East Palatka. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
