With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Craig Markel of East Palatka, Florida, who passed away on February 6, 2024 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Craig Markel to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Francis Markel Sr. and Catherine Markel; and his siblings, Deborah Hammond and Richard Markel. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Joshua Coulson (Brittany) of East Palatka and Shannon Rowland (Robert) of Satsuma; his brothers, Robert "Bobby" Markel Jr. (Sharon) of Apopka, Ronnie Markel (Mary) of Palatka and Randy Markel of Palatka; and his grandchildren, Noah, Bradley, Legend, Savannah Coulson, Destiny and Daisy Rowland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
