He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Cowood Wellborn of East Palatka; his daughters, Marlise Wellborn of Tavares and Marlene (Mike Green); his sister Sherry Graves-Napier; his brother-in-law Steve Napier of Palatka; his brothers, Richard "Rick" (Penny Wellborn) and James "Jim" (Rita Wellborn); his grandchildren, Jennifer Green, Kyle Green and Kirsten Green; and his great grandchild Bradlee Newman.
