"Trey" Maltby, III (Carla) of Hastings and Deana Smith; her spouse David Smith of East Palatka; her great grandchildren, Trace Maltby, Aaron Maltby and Harrison Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Grayson Branch and Jade Branch.
