She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Summy; her parents, William F. Freitag and Ester Anderson Freitag; and her children-in-law, Janice Rene Summy and Michael C. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Calvin Summy, Carl Summy (Betty), Genie Shanahan (Jay) and Tina Magee (Hal); her grandchildren, Aaron Summy, Chauncey Summy, Cliff Traber and Kristin Traber; and her close friend Lucy. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
